Accountabilities:
Stock/Meter MIS and Meter reconciliation, stock dashboard updates post-delivery of the material (Meters, Cables, CTs, etc).
Real-time monitoring of the stock status wrt to the installation/utilization.
Coordination of different Meter testing, factory inspection, NABL Lab, DISCOM Lab, Consumer premises etc.
Red Flagging issues before reported by State/DISCOM and timely resolution of the red flags.
Logistics & Transportation includes planning and coordination of logistics. Ensure timely delivery of materials to sites/warehouses as per project schedules. Resolve logistics issues related to transit damage, shortages, or delays.
Cross functional team Coordination in project, planning, and finance teams for material requirements and billing also Prepare MIS reports on procurement status, inventory, dispatches, and lead times and cost efficiency. Timely OEMs Invoice processing.
Proper Documentation Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and statutory requirements and maintain proper documentation such as GRNs, delivery challans, invoices, and transport documents. Process Compliance and Audit Management.
Maintain detailed project trackers and dashboards to improve visibility, reduce follow-ups, and identify risks or bottlenecks at an early stage.
Prepare and share timely project status updates and monthly reports (MPR, PSC) to support management review, decision-making, and planning.
Plan, coordinate, and monitor Pre-Dispatch Inspections (PDI) and review Equipment Delivery Certificates (EDC) to ensure compliance, accuracy, and smooth closure of dispatch and billing activities.

Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Preferable B-Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical).
Functional Skills
- Experience in Warehousing, Power Sector, AMI, or telecom projects preferred.
Relevant and total years of Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain / procurement / logistics and Operations.
Skills Required
