Introduction:
The People and Culture Technology team is looking for an experienced, empowered, agile, and tenacious Oracle Cloud HCM Integration Lead to help expand the team’s scope and capabilities across the global Human Resources function.
Some of the things you’ll be doing:
- Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to elicit, comprehend, model and document requirements.
- Gather and consolidate input from multiple business stakeholders, acting as a liaison and guiding the development team with clear direction.
- Contribute to solutioning, create user stories and requirements documents, models and mockups to facilitate feature development.
- Facilitate conversations with stakeholders to drive adoption of solutions.
- Be involved in all stages of the SDLC process to ensure solutions meet stakeholder requirements and expectations.
What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Oracle HCM Technology.
- Knowledge of Hire to Retire, mainly focused on Benefits and Core HR relevant experience in delivering technical solutions in these areas.
- Experience with the following Oracle Cloud Tech platforms a strong plus:
- HCM Extract, HDL
- OIC
- Oracle AI studio and VBCS
- Excellent Communication skills - experience and ability to elicit requirements for senior level stakeholders and ability to transform and communicate them to development team.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with outstanding problem-solving skills.
- Experience performing business process re-engineering and transformations is a plus.
- Experience with SCRUM/AGILE
- Must have skills:
- Excellent communication skills - will need to be in constant communication with high level finance and Business stakeholders in US and Europe.
- Excellent problem solving skills - proven ability to independently take on, investigate and solution a problem statement working with Business stakeholders, data and technical resources. Gather data and opinions, organize and propose best options.
- Advanced Excel and Data analytics - Ability to find use and summarize data to prove out assumptions and proposals.
Skills Required
- 7–10 years of experience in Oracle HCM technology
- Experience delivering technical solutions for Hire to Retire, especially Benefits and Core HR
- Excellent communication skills with senior finance and business stakeholders
- Ability to elicit requirements and translate them for development teams
- Strong independent problem-solving and solutioning skills
- Advanced Excel and data analytics skills
- Experience with Scrum or Agile methodologies
- Experience with HCM Extract and HDL
- Experience with OIC
- Experience with Oracle AI Studio and VBCS
- Business process re-engineering and transformation experience
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and strong problem-solving skills
