The Senior Ecommerce Manager is responsible for maximizing sales and profitability for assigned brands on marketplaces, developing growth strategies, monitoring performance, and collaborating with internal teams for best-in-class execution.
# Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the relationship and financial performance of a portfolio of brands across marketplaces.
- Develop and execute growth and profitability plans in partnership with cross-functional teams.
- Plan, analyze, and optimize campaigns, launches, and promotional activities to meet revenue targets.
- Oversee best-in-class product content, including images, SEO, and advertising campaigns.
- Conduct ongoing analysis of brand performance and ensure optimization across all ecommerce platforms.
- Maintain strong partner relationships and provide timely communication on project status and changes.
- Support operational improvements and process scalability initiatives.
# Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above; 4-8 years’ experience in an ecommerce role, ideally with marketplace growth responsibility.
- Proven track record of managing and growing brands on marketplaces (e.g., Amazon).
- Data-driven, highly organized, and adept at managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and commercial skills.
- Creative thinker, adaptable, and self-motivated; passionate about continuous improvement.
