The Human Resource Business Partner strategically supports a 650–700-employee warehouse site by partnering with operations leaders, guiding HR staff, managing employee relations and investigations, ensuring employment-law compliance, and leading performance, succession, onboarding, benefits, and engagement initiatives. The role analyzes HR metrics, maintains HRIS and compliance records, supports recruitment and training, manages accommodations and vendors, and works onsite Thursday through Saturday during a 12-hour shift.
