We are looking for a Senior Category Manager to lead our Mattress and Bed categories in our DTC channel for the French Market. You will be responsible for shaping the long-term category strategy by defining the product portfolio, pricing, and positioning, while ensuring our assortment remains competitive, customer-centric, and aligned with business objectives.
In this role, you will work cross-functionally with Ecommerce, Product Development, Marketing, Customer Excellence, and Supply Chain to drive product success throughout the entire lifecycle. You will also ensure compelling product communication across all customer touchpoints, leverage market insights to identify growth opportunities, and lead strategic category initiatives that strengthen our product offering and long-term performance.
What You'll Do:
Lead and grow the Mattress & Bed categories by defining the long-term category strategy, portfolio, pricing, and positioning.
Define and execute the product portfolio strategy, coordinating product launches, phase-ins, phase-outs, and lifecycle optimization.
Develop pricing and positioning strategies that strengthen competitiveness and maximize customer value.
Act as the central point of contact for product success, collaborating with product development, marketing, customer service, and supply chain teams.
Ensure compelling and consistent product communication by translating key USPs across the webshop and marketing channels.
Monitor category performance and use sales data, customer feedback, and market insights to drive continuous improvements.
Track market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to inform category strategy and identify growth opportunities.
Own product knowledge bases and awards while leading strategic category projects that support long-term business growth.
Who We're Looking For:
You’re able to connect the dots between customer insights, product performance, pricing dynamics, and operational levers to define high-impact growth strategies.
You have 5+ years of experience in Category Management, Pricing, RGM, Key Account Management, Business Strategy, or Consulting, ideally in e-commerce, retail, or consumer goods.
You understand pricing, margin drivers, channel dynamics, and portfolio management deeply enough to make data-driven decisions that move the business forward.
You can navigate and align diverse stakeholders across global, regional, and local teams. You lead through influence and structured communication.
As part of a fast-scaling environment, you know how to operate in changing settings, solve problems creatively, and adapt quickly.
Fluent in English. Fluency in French is highly appreciated.

Skills Required
