Overview
The Global Authentication Product team is looking for a Manager, Product Management to help drive the execution, integration, and adoption of Digital Payment Credentials (DPC), with a primary focus on digital identity wallet ecosystems & integration initiatives.
The role serves as a key bridge between Global Product, Engineering, Regional Product teams, wallet providers, issuers, and external identity ecosystem stakeholders.
The ideal candidate combines strong product management discipline, technical understanding, and ecosystem engagement capabilities. The individual can drive execution across multiple initiatives while translating complex technical and regulatory requirements into practical, scalable solutions.
Role
In this role, you will:
Product Delivery & Program Execution• Drive delivery of Digital Payment Credential capabilities across priority initiatives and markets.• Manage delivery milestones, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications.• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution and market readiness.
Identity Wallets Integration• Lead product initiatives related to Identity Wallets integration and related digital identity ecosystems.• Collaborate with wallet providers, issuers, ecosystem partners, and engineering teams to enable interoperability.• Define integration approaches, requirements, and implementation guidance.• Support pilot execution and solution validation activities.
Product Development & Execution• Translate business opportunities into structured product requirements and technical specifications.• Partner closely with Engineering, Architecture, Legal, Security, and CX&D teams.• Support Studio processes and product development frameworks.• Contribute to business case development and prioritization exercises.
Go-To-Market & Launch• Partner with Commercialization, Marketing, Sales, and Regional Product organizations to develop customer-facing materials.• Contribute to product documentation, implementation guides, training assets, and solution briefs.
Research & Innovation• Monitor developments related to eIDAS, EUDI Wallets, OpenID, FIDO Alliance, EMVCo, W3C, and adjacent industry initiatives.• Evaluate ecosystem trends and emerging identity technologies.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization• Track product adoption, pilot outcomes, customer feedback, and operational performance metrics.• Ensure feedback loops are established between customers, regions, and product teams.
All About You• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.• Experience in Product Management, Program Management, payments, authentication, digital identity, or adjacent technology domains.• Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives.• Understanding of authentication technologies, digital identity ecosystems, wallet architectures, or payment platforms.• Experience working with external partners and ecosystem stakeholders.• Ability to synthesize technical, regulatory, and business requirements into actionable product direction.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Comfortable operating in a dynamic environment with multiple concurrent priorities.• Familiarity with digital identity standards, Verifiable Credentials, OpenID technologies, FIDO standards, eIDAS, EUDI Wallets, or EMVCo specifications is a strong plus.
