WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US 

The Senior E-learning Content Developer sits at the heart of our content production process, turning instructional concepts and learning designs into polished, engaging e-learning experiences. This role is essential to the quality and consistency of our global training offering. 

You will bring hands-on expertise in e-learning authoring and multimedia production to collaborate closely with Training Content Owners and Instructional Designers — taking their vision and transforming it into interactive, high-quality content that serves a specialist audience in financial services and investment management. 

Working within a structured content development workflow, you will ensure that every asset we produce is technically sound, visually consistent, and built to the highest standards of eLearning craft. 

Key responsibilities 

  • Build and produce e-learning content in authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Vyond, and others, based on designs and briefs provided by Training Content Owners and Instructional Designers 
  • Develop multimedia assets including animations, screen recordings, voiceover-integrated slides, and interactive exercises 
  • Collaborate closely with Training Content Owners to interpret storyboards, scripts, and learning blueprints and translate them into functional, engaging eLearning modules 
  • Ensure all produced content meets quality standards for accuracy, accessibility, visual consistency, and technical performance 
  • Support review and revision cycles, incorporating feedback from Training Content Owners, SMEs, and stakeholders efficiently and accurately 
  • Stay current with developments in e-learning authoring tools and multimedia technologies, bringing new production capabilities to the team 

Required experience & skills 

  • Demonstrated experience creating e-learning content with tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Vyond, or similar platforms
  • Solid eye for visual design and ability to produce content that is both instructionally effective and aesthetically polished
  • Ability to work accurately from storyboards, scripts, and instructional briefs 
  • Solid attention to detail and commitment to production quality and consistency
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a structured, cross-functional team 

Nice to have 

  • Experience within financial services, fintech, or investment management 
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards in eLearning (e.g. WCAG, EAA) 
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or other multimedia production tools 
  • Bachelor's degree in Educational Technology, Multimedia Design, Communications, or a related field 

Working arrangement:

  • APAC shift with a few hours of overlap with EMEA timings (flexible)
  • Hybrid work arrangement - 2x/week
