Prepare reports, maintain controls and procedures, process cash adjustments, support audits, and liaise with clients, custodians, counterparties, and third-party managers. Serve as a client contact, contribute to onboarding and testing, support service improvements, and ensure SLA and KPI adherence.

Partner with product managers, architects, SREs, operations, and development teams to advance observability and AIOps capabilities, including root-cause analysis, self-healing, SLO measurement, and incident response.

Leads client advisory engagements for SimCorp investment management solutions, aligning technology with strategic business objectives. Develops business cases, ROI models, value assessments, and tailored solution proposals; advises senior stakeholders on selection, implementation, optimization, and adoption. Collaborates with sales and solution architecture teams on expansion opportunities and product-roadmap feedback. Conducts workshops, shares industry best practices, evaluates ongoing client needs, and mentors junior consultants.

Lead problem management for Azure platform operations by investigating recurring incidents, facilitating root cause analysis, ensuring SLA-compliant RCAs, and driving corrective actions and automation. Maintain problem records, known-error databases, integrations, dashboards, and reports covering recurring issues and MTTR. Partner with SRE, DevOps, platform engineering, and service enablement teams to improve reliability, prevent recurrence, and promote operational learning.

Designs integrations across investment management, accounting, reporting, risk, and data warehouse systems. Acts as a client advisor, coordinates delivery issues, mentors consultants, and improves implementation standards and reusable assets. Travel to client sites may be required.

Supports SimCorp’s Configuration Deployment Service by planning and executing client configuration deployments across cloud environments. Responsibilities include preparing deployment windows, creating configuration packages, monitoring deployments, documenting service delivery, participating in client meetings, collaborating with global service teams, and recommending process improvements. The role requires technical aptitude, Windows Server experience, familiarity with cloud technology and ITIL, analytical skills, and flexibility for APAC shift hours.

As a Senior Developer, you'll design and implement features for enterprise solutions, drive automation, mentor peers, and contribute to architectural discussions within a Scrum team.

Performs software testing for SimCorp Dimension upgrades and implementations.
