We’re looking for a Senior Director of IT Infrastructure & Operations to lead and modernize our global technology environment. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for delivering secure, scalable, and always-on infrastructure that powers our business and customer experience.
You’ll lead a globally distributed team across cloud, network, data centers, and end-user computing—while shaping the future of our technology through cloud transformation, automation, and operational excellence.

- Build and lead a global team of managers and technical experts across infrastructure, cloud, network, and IT operations

- Own and execute our IT infrastructure strategy aligned to business priorities
- Lead cloud adoption and optimization across AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Champion automation and DevOps to improve efficiency and scalability

- 7–10+ years of leadership experience, including managing leaders
- Experience in enterprise, global environments
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Certifications such as ITIL, AWS/Azure, CISSP, or TOGAF are a plus
