The Role
We are hiring a Senior Director of Integrated Marketing to lead and scale performance-driven growth across our markets.
This role sits within Chapter under the Vice President of Marketing, acting as a key leadership role on the Chapter Marketing team. The Senior Director will own strategy and execution across all digital channels — including paid media, SEO/AI-search, CRM, and site experience — setting the vision for how digital marketing drives demand, and building the team and processes needed to deliver against it.
The ideal candidate is a strategic operator: comfortable setting channel strategy and budget, leading a team, and partnering closely with analytics, CRM, web, and brand teams to turn insight into action.
Chapter has strong execution today across paid media, CRM, site experience, SEO/AI-search, product, and broader demand-driving efforts. This role will bring it together under one integrated strategy, helping us better understand:
- How to be maniacal about getting new guests, creating and capturing demand strategically so guests choose Chapter
- How to rapidly convert that demand across digital and call center platforms
- How to increase advocacy with existing guests through retention and loyalty tactics
This role will help evolve our marketing from channel-level execution to integrated, system-level strategy and leadership.
What You’ll Do
Channel Strategy & Leadership
- Set the strategy and roadmap for digital marketing across paid media, SEO/AI-search, CRM/lifecycle, and site experience (CRO), ensuring channels work together rather than in silos
- Own the digital marketing budget, allocating spend across channels, markets, and location tiers to maximize growth and efficiency
- Build and lead a high-performing digital marketing team, setting clear goals, developing talent, and fostering a culture of ownership and experimentation
- Manage relationships with media agencies and platform partners, holding them accountable to performance targets
Performance & Growth
- Direct performance measurement and reporting across the full funnel — traffic, leads, appointments, conversion, revenue, retention, and lifetime value
- Partner with analytics to evaluate incrementality and channel interaction, using insight to inform investment decisions rather than optimizing channels in isolation
- Champion a test-and-learn agenda across paid, CRM, and site experience, scaling what works and cutting what doesn't
- Incorporate operational context (e.g., capacity, days open, provider availability, scheduling) into strategy and investment decisions
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Represent digital marketing in leadership forums, translating performance into clear narratives and recommendations for senior stakeholders
- Partner with:
- Analytics team (trusted reporting, dashboards, and metric definitions)
- CRM / Lifecycle Marketing
- Brand, Social, and PR
- Product (booking experience, funnel performance)
- Finance, Internal Sales & Operations (capacity and demand alignment)
- Ensure digital strategy reflects both acquisition and retention priorities, working closely with CRM/lifecycle teams to grow guest lifetime value
What Success Looks Like
Within 6-12 months, you will help Chapter:
- Stand up a clear, integrated digital marketing strategy and roadmap across channels
- Build and lead a high-performing digital marketing team
- Establish trusted, leadership-ready performance reporting
- Define optimal spend levels by market and tier, and improve confidence in investment decisions
- Enable more efficient scaling across markets

TAG - The Aspen Group Insights
What We Do
When we helped launch Aspen Dental, we set out to break down the barriers that made it hard for patients to keep up with their dental health — affordability, transparency, and access. We knew the key to better patient care started with the provider, so we changed how the dental business worked. We built new relationships, expertise, and tools to help dentists run their businesses more effectively and better care for their patients. Fast forward, and over 25 years later, we support more than 1000 Aspen Dental locations—by doing so, we are proud to say we have changed access to dental care nationwide. But there’s more work to do. Healthier, happier smiles were just our beginning. We came together to launch TAG – The Aspen Group, officially expanding beyond dental and embracing a new vision. By bringing together Aspen Dental, Chapter, ClearChoice, WellNow, and Lovet into one family of brands, we set out to achieve one simple goal together: to bring better healthcare to more people - because we believe in a future where health and wellness is accessible for all. With that mission in mind, TAG now supports over 5,300 clinicians across more than 1,400 locations. While our vision is now broader, how we achieve it remains the same. The best care starts with the provider - and TAG exists to power them so they can meet patients where they are, no matter their specialty, and deliver better care. Because we know that at the end of the day, better healthcare is simple — empower the provider and their teams, and the rest will follow. United as one group, we’re not just breaking down barriers; today, we’re breaking through. We’re challenging the status quo. Together, we can prove healthcare can be better for both providers and patients. Together, we can bring better healthcare to more people.
Why Work With Us
TAG - The Aspen Group employs and/or supports over 25,000 healthcare professionals and team members at more than 1,400 health and wellness offices across 46 states in four distinct categories: Dental care, urgent care, medical aesthetics, and animal health. Every day we wake up to empower providers to do what they do best: focus on the patient.
