Core Responsibilities
As the combined Head of Sports and Head of Teens, you will drive strategic growth and innovation across two complementary areas. Your leadership will be crucial in shaping both the sports passion and the teen consumer group (2 distinct though synergetic responsibilities):
Head of Sports:
Strategic Vision: Develop long-term strategies for Sports by collaborating with partners to enhance engagement and growth. Ensure alignment with broader organizational goals and market trends.
Portfolio & Marketing: Lead product strategy and marketing efforts to increase brand impact, focusing on innovation and effective distribution. Coordinate with global teams to implement plans seamlessly.
Franchise Accountability: Oversee business strategy and execution for sports-related franchises, ensuring they meet commercial objectives. Drive synergy between different franchises to optimize performance.
Head of Teens:
Strategy & Performance: Craft strategic plans for Teens, focusing on growth and aligning with global targets. Collaborate with partners to adapt strategies to evolving market dynamics.
Portfolio Management: Decide on SKU allocations to drive growth for the Teen group, considering diverse consumer needs. Work closely with other departments to ensure a balanced and effective portfolio.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Ensure a cohesive GTM strategy for Teens, coordinating with marketing teams for successful execution. Align efforts with global marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
Consumer Insights:
Continuously develop insights to guide strategic decisions for Sports and Teens, using data-driven approaches. Implement corrective actions based on insights to optimize strategies.
People Leadership:
Manage and inspire teams across Sports and Teens, fostering talent and collaboration. Focus on capability building and team development to drive organizational success.

In Product and Marketing Development (PMD), the global Product Groups (PGs) drive business performance, product portfolio, and global Consumer Group and/or Passion strategies. As part of the PG Leadership Team, you will co-lead the organization, contributing to capability building, team development, and talent management. You’ll work alongside other Heads of Consumer Groups and Passions, fostering innovation and ensuring the success of our global marketing team.
This role requires a brave leader who sees things differently and transforms bold ideas into reality, making the impossible happen through product, marketing, and partnerships!

Essential Skills:
Advanced Experience: Over 7 years in global brand, marketing, and business within the B2C sector, with a strong track record in brand development. MBA-level experience is an advantage but not required.
Sports Enthusiast: Deep cultural knowledge and a genuine curiosity to become an expert in the sports sector. Professional experience within the Sports industry is a huge plus.
Teen Culture Insight: A knack for understanding and engaging with teen culture.
Creative Innovator: Ability to bring fresh, original approaches to Teens and Sports, embracing a "what if" mentality.
Audience-Centric Approach: Passionate about serving and understanding our audiences, balancing consumer group and passion interests.
Intuitive Decision-Maker: Data-driven with the insight to transform information into impactful ideas.
Strategic Visionary: Skilled in crafting and conveying complex business strategies simply.
Effective Communicator: Strong storytelling and presentation skills to inspire and galvanize support.
Leader of People: Experienced in developing teams, embodying LEGO® values and leadership behaviors.
