Job Description
ServiceNow is scaling how we go to market by partnering with some of the world's most strategic companies including hyperscalers like AWS, Microsoft and Google, global system integrators (GSIs), managed service providers (MSPs), and emerging independent software vendors (ISVs).
We are looking for a Senior Director of Global Strategic Account-Based Marketing (ABM) to lead our partner-focused ABM strategy. In this role, you will build and lead a global team that runs highly targeted campaigns for our most strategic accounts. These efforts will help drive pipeline, accelerate co-selling with partners, and increase platform adoption.
This is a high-impact leadership position where you'll collaborate closely with global sales, partner, industry, and marketing teams to fuel growth through our expanding partner ecosystem.
- Lead the development and execution of account-based marketing programs that support joint go-to-market efforts with hyperscalers, GSIs, MSPs, and ISVs.
- Design and execute 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM programs that drive engagement, unlock new revenue opportunities, and support partner sales motions.
- Partner closely with global and regional partner sales, industry teams, and campaign teams to ensure ABM efforts align with business priorities and growth targets.
- Build reporting frameworks to measure success-tracking campaign performance, pipeline creation, conversion velocity, and influenced revenue.
- Develop scalable messaging frameworks, content strategies, and toolkits to support personalized marketing efforts across global teams.
- Champion and leverage modern ABM tools and intent data platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase) to increase campaign relevance and performance.
- Build and lead a high-performing team with a culture of experimentation, collaboration, and accountability.
Examples of Work You'll Lead
- Campaign Clusters with Hyperscalers: Run coordinated campaigns for priority joint accounts with AWS, Microsoft and Google, tying in sales alignment, executive engagement, and solution-focused messaging.
- Executive Roundtables: Orchestrate the strategy for CXO-level events with top partners to showcase innovation themes and drive deeper engagement within strategic accounts.
- Partner Investment Activation: Build campaigns with partners who've made advance commitments (e.g., license or credit prebuys) to drive adoption, showcase ROI, and accelerate revenue realization.
- Industry-Focused GTM with GSIs: Collaborate with partners like Deloitte and Accenture to support large-scale digital transformation deals across industries such as healthcare, finance, and manufacturing.
Qualifications
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
- 12+ years of B2B marketing experience, including at least 5+ years leading ABM or integrated partner marketing.
- Deep understanding of account-based strategy, GTM planning, sales alignment, and pipeline generation.
- Experience working with or within complex partner ecosystems, especially hyperscalers, GSIs, MSPs, or SaaS co-sell models.
- Executive presence and communication skills with a proven ability to influence across marketing, sales, and partner orgs.
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in using ABM and sales engagement tools.
- Demonstrated success building and mentoring high-performing teams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $216,500 - $389,700, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
