What You'll Do
- Lead Financial Planning & Analysis Operations: Oversee and lead the Company’s budgeting and forecasting functions, including building annual budgets and rolling forecasts. Participate in strategic planning, prepare monthly reporting packages, monthly SaaS metrics reporting, prepare business cases, conduct ROI analysis to assess the effectiveness of various functional activities, and execute ad hoc financial analysis..
- Drive Strategic FP&A: Build and manage the forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning process. Partner with department leaders to align financial goals with business objectives, while ensuring independent collaboration with various stakeholders. Build a process that scales with Company growth and incorporates cost allocation methodologies to optimize resource deployment.
- Data Analytics & Insights: Leverage data analytics to derive actionable insights that support decision-making, enhance operational efficiency, and highlight risks and opportunities across the organization.
- Performance Leadership: Inspire, develop, and lead a high-performing FP&A function to meet strategic, financial, and operational KPIs.
- Ensure Timeliness & Accuracy: Deliver timely and accurate financial reports with strong emphasis on analytical rigor, consistency, and clarity.
What You'll Bring
- Experienced Leader: 5+ years of progressive finance and/or accounting leadership, including prior experience leading FP&A or an equivalent function.
- SaaS-Savvy: Deep understanding of SaaS business models, revenue recognition (ASC 606), and subscription metrics
- Financial Modeling Expertise: Proven ability to build and maintain complex financial models, with strong Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, scenario modeling) and hands-on experience in FP&A systems such as Adaptive, Drivetrain, or similar.
- Strong Accounting Knowledge: Solid foundation in US GAAP, with hands-on experience using accounting systems such as NetSuite; able to bridge financial reporting and operational insights seamlessly.
- Revenue & Cost Optimization: Demonstrated experience in optimizing revenue and costs; revenue forecasting, cost allocation, and profitability analysis to optimize financial performance.
- Analytical Thinker: Exceptional analytical ability to synthesize large amounts of data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Proficient in Salesforce (required) and Zuora (preferred). Experience with multinational business environments and complex financial system integrations.
- Cross-Functional Partner: Adept at working independently with stakeholders across all levels of the company, quickly learning new domains and translating complex business drivers into financial impact.
- Effective Communicator & Negotiator: Clear, concise, and confident in presenting financial information to diverse audiences. Skilled at influencing and negotiating to drive alignment.
- Detail-Oriented & Deadline-Driven: Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive under tight deadlines for close, forecasting, and Board reporting.
- Hands-On & High-Growth Ready: Comfortable rolling up your sleeves to solve problems and build processes in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-growth environment.
