Manage post-sales strategy and customer relationships across Oceania. Drive product adoption, customer education, renewals, retention, and upsell opportunities for strategic accounts. Serve as the regional point of contact, conduct customer reviews and workshops, coordinate with Sales and global teams, advocate for regional product needs, and provide technical and consultative guidance. The role requires autonomous execution, strong negotiation skills, and approximately 25% regional travel.

Lead customer implementations for Revinate’s SaaS hospitality products, managing timelines, stakeholders, deliverables, documentation, integrations, technical configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination. The role manages numerous simultaneous projects, serves as the primary customer contact, develops SOPs, supports product adoption, and escalates risks to ensure efficient, on-time launches.

Provide tier-2 technical support for Revinate's SaaS products: own tickets end-to-end, troubleshoot web/email and PMS issues, document findings, escalate bugs to Product/Engineering, collaborate with global Customer Success to improve processes and reduce ticket volume.
