About Us

Kyriba is a global fintech leader empowering CFOs and finance teams with cloud-based treasury, payments, risk management and working capital solutions. We serve 3,000+ customers worldwide, managing $15 trillion in payments annually and helping businesses optimize liquidity performance across the enterprise.

We're on a mission to become the most sought-after cloud technology company globally. We think big, innovate relentlessly, and challenge the status quo every day. If you are a problem-solver who’s ready to push boundaries and achieve more than you thought possible-you'll find an exceptional career within an extraordinary business.

The Mandate
  • Deliver the region's annual bookings and renewal targets. Own net-new ACV, gross renewal rate, and net expansion across NORAM.

  • Recruit, coach, and retain a bench of AEs and AMs who consistently exceed quota.

  • Run a disciplined operating rhythm — accurate forecasting, healthy pipeline, no surprises.

What You'll Do

Number Delivery & Sales Execution

  • Own and exceed the regional bookings quota across net-new and installed-base growth; no daylight between your forecast and your result.

  • Personally engage the largest, most strategic opportunities — be in the room where C-level deals are won.

  • Inspect deals with rigor: compelling event, economic buyer, paper process, close plan on every forecasted opportunity.

Team Leadership

  • Hire, develop, and retain top-tier AEs (net-new) and AMs (renewals and expansion); set a high bar and hold it.

  • Coach relentlessly and build a high-accountability culture where reps compete to win.

Retention & Expansion

  • Own gross renewal rate; drive down late renewals, churn, and downsell.

  • Expand Kyriba's Banking digital transformation platform — connectivity as a service, white labeled TMS, investments, and trade finance — deeper into every account.

  • Land and expand. Lead multi-threading across the bank, turning a connectivity relationship into a strategic relationship focused on modernization.

Executive Relationships

  • Build trusted relationships across the bank’s senior leadership: Heads of Transaction Banking, Treasury Services, Payments, Commercial Product, and Innovation. Serve as the executive sponsor on these strategic accounts.

  • Represent Kyriba at industry events, like SIBOS, GTR and Kyriba Live.

What You Bring
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota — as an individual contributor and as a front-line leader of enterprise software sales teams.

  • A hunter mentality, and a demonstrated ability to build teams of hunters who close.

  • Experience leading both new-logo and renewal/expansion motions, ideally in SaaS sold into the Office of the CFO.

  • Command of enterprise SaaS sales cycles (90–180 days), multi-stakeholder deals, and $250K–$1MM+ ACV opportunities.

  • Data-driven, no-surprises forecasting and pipeline management in Salesforce.

  • Treasury, payments, FX/risk, or working capital background a strong plus.

  • Executive presence credible in front of a CFO. Travel across the region as needed.
