NVIDIA is at the center of a major platform shift in computing history. Millions of developers use CUDA and our growing accelerated computing portfolio. This role focuses on growing and educating that community quickly and intentionally. It also converts engagement into measurable business results.
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will define and carry out how NVIDIA encourages, attracts, educates, and activates developers, researchers, and builders to achieve outstanding impact.
What you’ll be doing:
- Set the vision, strategy, and operational plan for developer marketing across NVIDIA's software and compute ecosystem, focusing on developer audience strategy, market positioning, investment priorities, educational programs, and the operational shift toward reaching both humans and agents.
- Build and scale developer acquisition programs — developer portals, lifecycle engagement, event activations, online communities, and developer advocacy — with clear metrics for reach and activation.
- Drive NVIDIA’s presence, model distribution, and engagement across global developer communities and open-source hubs like Hugging Face, GitHub, and decentralized AI communities.
- Identify and build strategic co-marketing opportunities with ecosystem partners, ISVs, and cloud providers that expand developer reach, generate usage, and champion builders.
- Continue to evolve NVIDIA Deep Learning Institute (DLI) to ensure it provides industry-leading education in modern, engaging formats.
- Provide marketing support for NVIDIA Higher Education & Research initiatives.
- Translate developer market signals into strategic recommendations that influence product roadmap and business priorities.
- Cultivate a high-performing team spanning growth marketing, developer marketing, content, higher education, and community programs.
What we need to see:
- 12+ years of experience in developer marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Bachelors, and Master’s degree or equivalent experience
- Deep proficiency with developer audiences — how they discover, evaluate, and adopt platforms and tools — and how to convert that journey into usage.
- Hands-on experience deploying AI tools, marketing automation, and emerging agentic systems to scale marketing programs — and a clear point of view on where agentic marketing is headed.
- Familiarity with the agentic AI landscape — major frameworks, developer use cases, infrastructure requirements, and the competitive dynamics crafting this space.
- Shown understanding of how the open-source community operates, with firsthand experience engaging developer audiences across Hugging Face Hub, open-source model frameworks, and AI repositories supported by contributors.
- Consistent record of operating efficiently in warp speed, highly ambiguous, hyper-growth, and deeply technical environments.
- Experience building, developing, and retaining high-performing marketing teams — including navigating the organizational change that comes with AI adoption.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills — able to translate technically complex ideas into compelling narratives for both developer and business audiences.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
- Background as a software engineer, data scientist, or AI/ML practitioner — you understand how developers building agentic systems think because you've built alongside them.
- Experience bringing an agentic AI product or platform to market — you've developed the messaging, programs, and community motion from the ground up.
- Experience building developer demand generation programs at platform scale, where the developer is both the end user and an enterprise buying influencer.
- Familiarity with NVIDIA's ecosystem (CUDA, TensorRT, NIM, NIM Agent Blueprints) combined with deep exposure to open-source libraries (e.g., Transformers, Diffusers, vLLM, LangChain).

What We Do
NVIDIA’s invention of the GPU in 1999 sparked the growth of the PC gaming market, redefined modern computer graphics, and revolutionized parallel computing. More recently, GPU deep learning ignited modern AI — the next era of computing — with the GPU acting as the brain of computers, robots, and self-driving cars that can perceive and understand the world. Today, NVIDIA is increasingly known as “the AI computing company.”
