What you'll be doing:
Take charge of the complete supply planning strategy and oversight, aligning with business goals and driving revenue targets.
Develop and evolve a scalable planning framework spanning chips, networking, memory, capacity, for boards and systems manufacturing to support rapid growth.
Ensure the integrity of key planning data inputs, such as BOM structures, factory yields, and cycle times, by maintaining a strict cadence with assumption owners.
Accelerate time-to-market by reducing supply chain complexity and implementing next-generation planning methodologies using AI capabilities.
Manage and elevate direct reports, ensuring continuous training and knowledge sharing throughout the supply chain organization.
What we need to see:
More than 18 years of overall comprehensive experience in supply planning, with extensive knowledge in boards and systems and 10+ years of management experience.
Adept at executive level communication
Proven people leadership: builds multi-site global teams that develop and promote from within
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, capacity planning, and MRP.
Demonstrated success in implementing planning tools and driving their adoption.
Experience supporting data centers, AI, networking systems, or high-performance computing products.
MBA or advanced technical degree, or equivalent experience.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Experience with supply chain planning tools or platforms powered by artificial intelligence or machine learning.
Prior experience at a hyperscaler, cloud provider, or semiconductor company.
