Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager in Deposit and Payments Products Group as part of Consumer and Small Business Banking Operations. This role is for Cross Product support including end to end testing related activities
In this role, you will:
- Lead or participate in variety of complex functions within the digital environment
- Contribute to large-scale planning related to the execution of the digital strategy
- Review and analyze complex content strategy/creation, customer experience, analytics/research or product management that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
- Independently resolve complex issues
- Lead team to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of digital initiatives, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Potentially lead projects, teams or provide direction to junior staff on less complex digital initiatives
- 4+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Participating in feature refinements (L2's) to understand scope and detailed system behaviour.
- Test data management to support manual and automated testing activities.
- Attend Scrum Calls including design, dependencies, upstream/downstream system impacts, and non-functional requirements.
- Exposure to test automation tools and frameworks
- Reviewing details to understand design, data flows, reporting touchpoints.
- Collaborating with Product, Technology, SMEs for alignment and understanding to eliminate any duplication of testing efforts.
- Create detailed test scenarios and plans, prepare test data and reserve data which require preconditioning based on the scenarios - In conjunction with Test leads and - approved by PO (partner with DPG FPD).
- Export workbook to ALM and give details steps for the script.
- Performing testing while understanding LD's, batch cycles
- Identifying and document defects with clear expected vs actual details.
- Reporting environmental gaps or misalignment (e.g., mismatched codes, Application down)
- Executing scenario-based tests and validating actual system output-e.g., batch vs real-time posting, statement output formats.
- Providing daily/periodic updates on execution progress (e.g., "Percent executed," pending validations).
- Calling out risks, blocked scenarios, and environmental issues.
