Core Responsibilities
Upon joining our Digital Portfolio and Delivery Office, you will join our team of Digital Portfolio Partners.
Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
Portfolio Management: Standardization and Value Creation:
- Drive and facilitate the annual, quarterly OKR (Objective and Key Results) processes for the portfolio and ensure collaboration between senior tech and product leaders to create a set of aligned portfolio objectives, in terms of business outcomes and key results
- Challenge quality of pOKR (portfolio OKR), continuously push for improvements based on the gathered insights (both insights from within the user group and across user groups)
- Drive tracking and reporting of the digital portfolio towards internal processes incl. continuous improvement and automation - create productivity by utilising the tools and data.
Portfolio Partnering: Trusted partner to the user group Leadership Teams and Digital Technology Leadership Teams:
- Transparency and active knowledge sharing across Portfolio Partners to stimulate strategy adoption and end to end oversite of the entire portfolio.
- Call out digital portfolio inconsistencies, expose gaps and challenges. Highlight what to be solved and proactively advise who should solve it - driving through to resolution.
- Mature the data-driven decision making within the Domains, by e.g., bringing insights from the digital performance metrics into the Domain LT level, facilitate the insights driven dialogue and ensure actions are taken and driven through.

- Do you have what it takes?
Some years of experience as a technology portfolio manager, or technology strategy manager
- Practical experience with portfolio planning, OKR, product management and change management
- Proven partner management skills, specifically targeting VP and SVP layers
- Strong collaborative skills
- Proficient in English
