This is an 18 months conctractual opportunity

Job Overview

You'll be a digital marketing expert who will provide Innovative strategies to help advisors set & grow their presence on digital, engage with prospects and Clients, and drive Impact on leads, sales and community presence. You’ll work alongside team members and vendors to provide tools, contents and training to advisors.

The Senior Digital Marketing Consultant (Bilingual) will contribute to an evolving service model to ensure advisors are using internal resources and industry best practices. You will implement industry best practices and continuously enhanced how clients & prospects are engaging with advisors digitally with innovative solutions. You are well connected to the industry and trends to be able to drive competitive advantage and push boundaries.

What You Will Do

  • Build relationships with key stakeholders across the organization and external vendors to evolve the marketing capabilities currently offered to advisors to prospect and stay connected to Clients.

  • Collaborate with colleagues and directly with advisors to prioritize and scale customized initiatives. Gather feedback to refine and improve.

  • Champion innovation supporting the advisor experience, ensuring we are delivering enhanced value by anticipating and meeting their needs to support Clients.

  • Partner with our Digital Enterprise team and Digital colleagues to improve capabilities.

  • Accountable to adhere and control compliance regulations.

What You Will Bring

  • 5+ plus years’ experience in digital marketing.

  • Strong experience leading, influencing and implementing new marketing programs and initiatives.

  • Bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required for the frequent interactions with English and French-speaking colleagues or internal partners across Canada and worldwide.

  • Skilled communicator with the ability to present with impact, facilitate, negotiate and influence advisors and field leaders, various internal stakeholders and Clients.

  • University degree in digital marketing or equivalent business experience.

  • 5+ plus years’ financial services experience with a focus on advisor or channel marketing is an asset.

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors. In addition to Base Pay, eligible Sun Life employees participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance. Certain sales focused roles have sales incentive plans based on individual or group sales results.
