NVIDIA is looking for senior DevOps Engineer to lead DevOps effort, increase availability, improve quality and reduce delivery time for internal services developed by multiple teams and used throughout the company worldwide. With your help, our supportive and friendly team will be able to focus on more exciting programming tasks, better serving needs of our customers through new and improved CI/CD processes. We work in a dynamic environment where multiple projects will be active at once and priorities may shift frequently.
We are looking for hardworking engineers who aren’t afraid of taking up new technologies, processes, and tools to make constant improvement on the automation infrastructure. The engineer will collaborate closely with our software developers as well as performance analysts to build and improve the world-class automation infrastructure.
What you’ll be doing:
Develop and support staging and production environments for multiple internal services.
Coordinate with various teams across the globe to promote and improve CI/CD practices.
Help to build services using on premise Kubernetes and commercial clouds.
You will be working in a team with great flexibility in your technical decisions.
What we need to see:
Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related technical discipline (or equivalent experience)
8+ years of experience
Excellent programming and debugging skills in scripting languages
Proven Linux system administration experience (CentOS and Ubuntu strongly preferred)
Good knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools (GitLab or similar)
Database administration and performance tuning experience
Experience with Containers (Docker, Kubernetes), Web Services (SOAP/REST) and Scalable Storage(HDFS/Ceph)
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
You have expertise in Python programming
Familiarity with Windows system administration is a huge advantage
You have worked with cloud services (AWS, Azure and others)

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 184,000 USD - 287,500 USD for Level 4, and 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD for Level 5.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
