We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to help design, implement, and evolve our infrastructure and delivery systems. This role sits at the intersection of software engineering, infrastructure, and operations, ensuring that our platform is resilient, scalable, and efficient.
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will contribute to key initiatives in automation, CI/CD, cloud architecture, observability, and security. You’ll apply and help refine best practices, mentor junior engineers, and support the technical roadmap. This is a hands-on role with meaningful impact, ideal for someone who thrives in complex technical environments and is passionate about building reliable, high-performance systems that empower engineering velocity and product excellence.
What You'll Do:
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure.
- Build and improve automation across CI/CD, infrastructure provisioning, and configuration management.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve deployment pipelines and release processes.
- Ensure observability, monitoring, and alerting systems are robust and actionable.
- Optimize system performance, reliability, and cost efficiency across cloud environments.
- Apply and help improve DevOps best practices, standards, and frameworks across teams.
- Mentor junior engineers in DevOps methodologies, tools, and problem-solving.
- Partner with Security and Compliance teams to embed security into infrastructure and workflows.
- Research and evaluate new tools, platforms, and technologies to enhance operations.
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or related roles.
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, or similar).
- Proven success implementing CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Solid knowledge of networking, security, and distributed systems.
- Experience building and maintaining observability platforms (metrics, logging, tracing).
- Strong scripting/programming skills (Python, Go, or similar).
- Ability to balance hands-on technical work with collaboration and mentorship.
- Experience in high-growth SaaS or startup environments preferred.
