The Senior DevOps & MLOps Engineer is a proactive and skilled DevOps Engineer to help implement, maintain, and optimize our DevOps practices across development and operations teams. This role is critical to ensuring stable, efficient, and scalable development-to-production workflows. As a key contributor, you will focus on enhancing CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and enabling robust system monitoring and alerting. You will collaborate closely with developers, QA, and operations to streamline software delivery, improve reliability, and support agile development practices.

Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient, reliable software delivery.
- Manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation, enabling consistent and repeatable environments.
- Automate provisioning, deployment, and monitoring workflows to streamline operations and reduce manual intervention.
- Collaborate closely with development and operations teams to integrate DevOps practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues in staging and production, and participate in incident response and post-mortem reviews to enhance system resilience.
- Set up and manage monitoring, alerting, and logging systems to proactively detect and resolve issues.
- Recommend and implement tools and practices that improve the speed, reliability, and scalability of build, test, and deployment processes.
- Promote and enforce DevOps best practices and coding standards across teams and environments.
- Contribute to team knowledge sharing, provide technical guidance, and support peer development through code reviews and collaborative learning.
- Communicate regularly with the DevOps Lead and cross-functional stakeholders regarding project status, technical decisions, and continuous improvements.
- Participate in decisions on tooling, infrastructure design, and process optimization in coordination with the DevOps Lead and other team members.
- Assist in designing and implementing scalable ML workflows and deployment pipelines
- Collaborate with data scientists to operationalize and integrate ML models into production
- Monitor model performance and maintain data quality and integrity over time
- Follow and promote coding standards and MLOps best practices across the ML pipeline
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
- Contribute to technical discussions and support continuous improvement in MLOps processes
- Focus on MLOps implementation, pipeline automation, and model monitoring
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on operational and deployment needs
- Influence tool selection, deployment strategies, and workflow improvements in coordination with senior engineers or the MLOps Lead
- Communicate regularly with data scientists, DevOps, and stakeholders to address challenges and ensure successful ML model deployment and maintenance
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps and MLOps or related engineering roles.
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
- Hands-on experience with ML pipeline tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, TFX) and CI/CD workflows
- Familiarity with model serving and monitoring tools (e.g., Seldon, SageMaker, Prometheus)
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python).
- Knowledge of data versioning and model reproducibility tools (e.g., DVC) is preferred
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
- Solid understanding of version control (Git), Agile methodologies, and SDLC processes.
- DevOps certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Expert) are a plus.

- 2 rest days per week
