Position Overview and Objective

Aurora Cloud Engineering

Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end and backend solutions for Arctic Wolf's cloud security platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, reliable, and high-quality cybersecurity products.

About the Role

As a Senior Full Stack UI Developer, you’ll take a role in designing and building scalable, secure, and high-performance front-end applications that power our cybersecurity solutions. You'll mentor junior developers, drive architectural decisions, and work closely with UX, ,Product Management, backend engineers, security teams, and DevOps to create robust and efficient systems.

 

Responsibilities

  • Architect, develop and maintain scalable, high-performance frontend applications.

  • Design and implement responsive, accessible, and intuitive UIs for cybersecurity solutions.

  • Optimize frontend performance, security, and user experience for large-scale cloud applications.

  • Collaborate with multiple stake holders like backend developers, security teams, and DevOps engineers to ensure seamless integration.

  • Work with databases to ensure efficient data retrieval and state management.

  • Implement Security best practices within the UI.

  • Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.

  • Continuously improve development processes and promote frontend best practices.

  • Working with backend technologies like .NET to develop APIs and backend logic as needed.

  

Experience & Requirements

  • 4-7 years of experience in front-end development, with exposure to full-stack development.

  • Expertise in React, Redux, Typescript, GraphQl, ASP .NET MVC

  • Strong knowledge of UI/UX best practices, component-based architecture, and state management.

  • Experience with RESTful APIs and micro-services integration.

  • Proficiency in frontend performance optimisation, accessibility, and responsive design.

  • Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Playwright, Cypress, or similar).

  • Strong understanding of security best practices for front-end applications.

  • Proficiency in AWS and various deployment strategies of front-end and backend application

  • Strong experience with Git for version control.

Bonus Points for

  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes/ECS) and cloud-native architectures.

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).

Security Requirements
