Primary Responsibilities:
- Work as a Full Stack Engineer on an Agile Scrum team
- Work with Product Management and business stakeholders for Backlog refinement and planning
- Design and develop UI using modern front end frameworks
- Design and implement web services with security
- Design and implement database schema
- Design and development of well documented source code
- Mentors Junior level and mid-level engineers on coding style and coding best practices
- Solves complex technical problems independently
- Analyzes and investigates
- Provides explanations and interpretations within area of expertise
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- B.Tech./MCA/Graduation
- 8+ years of total experience
- Hands-on experience with standard DevOps tools: GitHub, GitHub Actions, Docker
- Experience with development work to support data migration, cloud applications and related work
- Proficient in handling software application development teams using modern technologies such as . Microsoft Azure, .NET, C#, Microservices, React, Angular, SQL/NoSQL databases, and Generative AI solutions
- Proficiency and hands on experience using AI Builder, Azure OpenAI services, Python, and other AI/automation tools to enhance development workflows, analytics, and solution capabilities
- Go-getter attitude and exhibit flexible approach at all times
- Independent communication with business partners to resolve issues and negotiate project related items such as priorities and completion deadlines
- Proven ability to perform functional, regression, and system integration tests
- Proven growth mindset, with willingness to adopt emerging AI technologies to improve engineering efficiency and product quality
- Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills, co-ordination skills
- Demonstrated solid analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Good knowledge of SQL, snowflake cloud tech stacks, python, exposure in code management, AI usage to add efficiency
- Healthcare domain exposure
