The Information Systems – Operational Experience portfolio is responsible for developing core business applications that empower our global network to efficiently manage and transport freight. These systems are designed to meet both customer and organizational needs, enabling the business to achieve its strategic goals.
As a Power Platform Developer, you will play a key role in transforming business challenges into scalable, low-code solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools—including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and apply your technical expertise to design, develop, and test custom applications.
This position is on-site and will reside in the greater Seattle, WA. area at one of the following locations depending on availability. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate. Relocation assistance is not offered for this position.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of experience with developing, creating, managing, and exporting Microsoft Power Apps Solutions
- 2+ years of experience with programming or scripting languages
- 2+ years of experience designing and implementing Power Automate Flows for process automation
- 1+ years of experience with Kafka
- 1+ years of experience with the Agile development process
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps canvas and model-driven architectural design principles, administration, and governance
- Ability to create solutions as part of a collaborative team and perform in a fast-paced work environment with multiple competing priorities
- 3+ years of experience with Azure services, REST APIs, and custom connectors
- Knowledge of modern DevOps tools, including content repositories, version control, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code
- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with governance and security standards
- Experience with Data and Dataverse entity-modeling and creation
- Experience with dataflows for data modeling, creation, and ingestion
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 1+ years of experience supporting business process analysis
- Ability to analyze time and effort estimation of design and development work to support sprint planning and roadmap planning
- Microsoft Power Platform Certification
- Microsoft M365 Administration Certification

Additional InformationExpected base salary: $140,000 to $200,000
