Senior Developer- MS Dynamics

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer / Subject Matter Expert (SME) with expertise in Sales Hub, Copilot, and related Power Platform technologies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to enhance business processes and improve customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement MS Dynamics 365 Sales Hub solutions.
• Integrate and optimize Microsoft Copilot AI features for enhanced automation and decision-making.
• Customize and extend Dynamics 365 using Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
• Develop and deploy custom plugins, workflows, and Power Automate flows.
• Implement integrations with Azure services, third-party APIs, and other enterprise applications.
• Optimize system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operation of Dynamics CRM.
• Provide expertise on best practices, security, and governance in Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Conduct user training and support adoption of new features.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in MS Dynamics 365 CRM development (Sales Hub experience is a must).
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Copilot AI, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
• Hands-on experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript for Dynamics customization.
• Experience with Dataverse, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, and API integrations.
• Proficiency in plugin development, custom workflows, and Power Automate-based automation.
• Strong knowledge of security models, role-based access control, and governance in D365.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for Dynamics 365 deployments.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Certifications in Dynamics 365 – Sales Hub, Power Platform, or Azure.
• Knowledge of AI-driven automation and analytics within Dynamics 365.
