We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Designer / Design Manager to join the HairCare / Beauty Design Studio in Singapore. The role supports the ongoing evolution of our brands with elevated design and visuals with executional excellence to win with Consumers and Customers.
We are looking for a highly creative, proactive, and detail-obsessed Senior Creative with solid design mastery; someone that is eager to take on challenges, and is a strong collaborator partnering the Design Leader and team
Job Description:
You will contribute to design strategies and execution, and bring fresh ideas towards consumer facing experiences. You will work under limited supervision, work both independently and collaboratively with partners across functions.
This is a hands-on design and design management role working alongside the in-house team and agencies, and will report into our Design Director.
The in-house Creative team is involved in a wide range of work – from package design and art direction, to retail and ecomm designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop consumer-winning concepts across various touchpoints (e.g., packaging, digital, brand identity) in partnership with internal and external teams.
- Lead multiple initiatives from design strategy to execution, articulating consumer needs and business context.
- Understand and translate consumer insights and business needs into appealing, compliant design solutions.
- Strategic and thoughtful in approach to design and branding. Possess an entrepreneurial and problem-solving mindset
- Demonstrated ability as an independent leader/thinker, capable of navigating complex projects with autonomy.
- A keen eye for aesthetics, attention to detail, and a sophisticated visual design aesthetic, with a passion for latest trends and culture.
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Own and drive design priorities, including work processes, budgets, and stewardship..
Consistently delivers designs that are on-brand, elevated, and of high quality and bring out best in team members

- A degree in Design or a related field.
- Proven experience (8-15 years) as a Senior Designer or similar role.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills and strategic thinking.
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign required; After Effects, Premiere Pro, 3D a plus).
- Experience leading a team and managing external agency partners.
- Strong project management, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in Japanese language a plus
