Roles and Responsibilities
1. Web & Digital UI/UX Design
- Serve as the lead web and campaign designer, creating digital experiences that align with global corporate identity and business objectives.
- Direct the UX/UI design for web and portals, ensuring a seamless and intuitive customer journey across diverse digital segments.
- Apply systems and design thinking to create scalable digital architectures that support global marketing initiatives.
2. Visual Content & Multimedia Production

3. Global Asset Strategy & Implementation
- Lead asset globalization and adaptation, ensuring brand consistency and clarity across all brand expressions globally.
- Manage global brand governance by enforcing visual identity systems and messaging frameworks across all campaign materials.

Qualifications

- Progressive experience in brand design, visual communications, or creative strategy—preferably in a B2B or complex global organization.
- Proven track record in visual content production and UX/UI design, with experience in healthcare or technology industries considered a strong advantage.
- Deep understanding of human-centered design and brand architecture, with a passion for creative excellence.
- Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) or similar high-level design platforms.
- Recognized for leadership and mentorship, with a commitment to fostering a high-performing and inclusive team culture.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a matrixed environment.
