Atlassian is currently seeking a Demand Generation Manager to lead campaigns and enhance demand across all stages of the funnel for our enterprise lead generation programs. In this role, you will collaborate closely with both sales and marketing teams to implement the B2B demand generation strategy. Your primary focus will be on executing enterprise-level programs aimed at generating revenue and attracting customers in the Japan market. This position will involve working closely with cross-functional teams and will report directly to the Head of Japan Marketing.
We are looking for a marketer who possesses innovative thinking and can develop creative campaigns aimed at effectively reaching our target audiences. The ideal candidate will be self-directed, able to collaborate effectively with colleagues, demonstrate initiative and critical thinking skills, and exhibit flexibility alongside a proactive attitude. Additionally, a flair for creative problem-solving and the ability to manage and execute multiple projects concurrently are essential for this role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Develop targeted audience segmentation to deliver relevant messaging aimed at enhancing engagement, conversions, and revenue.
- Design and execute field marketing programs to support pipeline acceleration, including lead generation campaigns, ABM campaigns, bespoke and industry events.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the timely execution of field marketing programs and work in conjunction with the Japan sales team.
- Oversee campaigns and report on metrics, as well as the overall return on investment to internal stakeholders.
- Manage project timelines, quality issues, resource allocation, scope of work, and budget considerations.
- Identify and address challenges and conflicts within the demand generation process.
On the first day, the following qualifications are expected:
- Native-level proficiency in Japanese and advanced business-level proficiency in English are required.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in demand generation within B2B or Product-Led Growth (PLG) environments.
- Extensive experience in the implementation of marketing programs and processes.
- A comprehensive understanding of customer marketing and complex buyer journeys.
- Exceptional program management and communication skills, along with a proven track record of collaboration across sales, marketing, and technology teams.
- A willingness to engage in hands-on work to ensure task completion.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results in a start-up-like environment.
- A natural inclination to be an effective team player.
