Working in a talented cross-functional team, you will play a key role in the development of Dashboards, tools and analytical products to deliver insight and business information.

We’re looking for a Senior Data Visualization Engineer to help us deliver awesome Dashboards and tools and support our suite of artisan built products and front end tools. If you’re excited by pushing the boundaries of visualization in business intelligence and reporting then this is the role for you!

We are a complete end to end Data Warehouse team given autonomy to design and build products to help our business users understand and make decisions on our high volume data.

Your Role Within Our Kingdom

• Building new Dashboards using React and Cube.js

• Maintain the current suite of Dashboards and our other internal custom web tools

• Collaborate with our Principal Data Visualization Engineer on code quality and architecture

• Contribute to the design of innovative data visualizations

• Translate complex data into visualizations that are accurate, smooth, and easy to read

Skills to create thrills

• Experience with React and Typescript, you produce code you'd be happy to read six months later

• Experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript

• Awareness of data visualization best practices

• Attention to detail, you notice when something's 2px off and it bothers you

• Enjoy problem solving and trying new things, you are not afraid of experimenting without knowing if it will work

• An eye for design, you know which interactions need feedback and which ones just add noise

AI-assisted development

We use AI tools (mainly Claude Code and Codex) as part of our everyday workflow and expect new team members to as well. That said, we hold a high bar: AI output gets the same scrutiny as any other code. We're not looking for someone who avoids AI, and we're not looking for someone who ships whatever it produces. We want engineers who use it to amplify their work while staying in full command of what lands in the codebase.
