Primary Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and advanced statistical analyses to solve business problems
  • Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and feature engineering workflows for model development and product ionization
  • Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, patterns, and insights
  • Develop and optimize predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into data science use cases and solutions
  • Work with large, complex datasets across cloud platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Azure, AWS)
  • Ensure model performance, scalability, and reliability through monitoring and continuous improvement
  • Communicate findings effectively through visualizations, dashboards (Tableau/Power BI), and storytelling
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of experience in Data Science / Advanced Analytics
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
  • Hands-on experience with ETL processes and data engineering concepts
  • Experience working with cloud-based data platforms and big data technologies
  • Deep understanding of statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and AI techniques
  • Solid proficiency in Python/R, SQL, and data manipulation libraries (Pandas, NumPy)
  • Proven expertise in data visualization and storytelling using Tableau or Power BI
  • Proven solid problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with MLOps, model deployment, and API integration
  • Knowledge of NLP, deep learning, or optimization techniques
  • Proven exposure to domain-specific analytics (e.g., healthcare)
