Primary Responsibility:

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or related disciplines
- 3+ years of experience developing executive-level reporting and decision-support solutions
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or comparable business intelligence platforms
- Experience working with large, complex datasets and multiple data sources
- Experience leveraging AI, machine learning, generative AI, or advanced automation technologies in analytics environments
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python and data analysis techniques
- Demonstrated experience building reporting governance frameworks, metric definitions, and data quality processes
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate technical findings into business language
- Solid written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
- Master's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience supporting technology operations, IT service management, contact center operations, workforce management, or support services organizations
- Experience with ServiceNow, Amazon Connect, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar enterprise platforms
- Experience building predictive models, forecasting solutions, or advanced analytics applications
- Experience implementing AI-powered reporting, conversational analytics, or self-service business intelligence solutions
