Primary Responsibilities:
  • Design intuitive and scalable user experiences for enterprise SaaS products and platforms
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, interaction models, and high-fidelity designs
  • Translate customer needs, business requirements, technical constraints, and AI capabilities into effective experiences
  • Conduct research and usability testing to validate assumptions and inform design decisions
  • Continuously evaluate and improve usability, efficiency, accessibility, and adoption
  • Design user experiences that leverage AI capabilities to improve productivity, automation, decision support, and information retrieval
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate user research synthesis, competitive analysis, content creation, ideation, wireframing, and documentation activities
  • Use AI-enabled design platforms responsibly to improve efficiency without sacrificing design quality
  • Validate AI-generated artifacts through human review and user-centered evaluation
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, product managers, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle
  • Participate in technical discovery, architecture discussions, and implementation planning
  • Design solutions that account for APIs, integrations, system dependencies, data structures, and platform constraints
  • Validate technical feasibility of proposed experiences before development begins
  • Support engineering teams through implementation and delivery
  • Produce detailed specifications that enable accurate implementation
  • Define interaction behaviors, workflow logic, validation requirements, error handling, loading states, and responsive requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of UX, Product Design, or Interaction Design experience
  • Experience designing enterprise SaaS applications or complex business systems
  • Experience creating implementation-ready wireframes, prototypes, specifications, and workflows
  • Experience working directly with Agile software development teams
  • Solid portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX design work and problem-solving capabilities
  • High-proficiency with Figma (components, variants, variables, etc.) and modern design collaboration platforms
  • Solid understanding of front-end architecture and component-based application design
  • Understanding of enterprise data models and business processes
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and responsive web application development
  • Working knowledge of React, Angular, Vue, or similar frameworks
  • Ability to communicate effectively with product management, engineers and architects
  • Demonstrated experience using generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Figma AI, or equivalent tools as part of UX and product design workflows

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), UX Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
