We're looking for a Brilliant, Senior Data Product Manager to lead our data acquisition initiatives, focusing on growing and enriching our B2B contact and company database. This role sits at the intersection of commercial partnerships and technical implementation, requiring a unique blend of business acumen and technical understanding.

How you’ll shape the future of B2B sales

  • Drive the strategy and execution of data acquisition initiatives, including both vendor partnerships and technical collection methods
  • Identify and prioritize the collection of advanced business signals and insights that provide predictive value about companies and contacts
  • Develop frameworks for collecting and validating complex data points such as buying signals, growth indicators, and relationship mapping
  • Manage relationships with data vendors, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure data quality meets our standards
  • Work closely with engineering teams to develop and implement technical solutions for data collection, enrichment, and validation
  • Define and track key metrics for data growth, quality, and coverage
  • Research and implement new methodologies for gathering deeper business insights and signals
  • Develop and maintain the data acquisition roadmap, balancing commercial opportunities with technical capabilities
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all data collection methods meet regulatory requirements

Requirements

Here’s what we need from you

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 2 years focused on data products or data operations, and a proven track record in building and scaling data products, or 5+ years as a Solutions Engineer delivering high-value data products.
  • Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to negotiate and manage vendor relationships while understanding the ROI of different data acquisition channels
  • Proven experience in identifying and collecting advanced business insights and signals
  • Solid technical background to collaborate effectively with engineering teams on defining and delivering high-value data solutions.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to make informed, data-driven decisions
  • Proven ability to prioritize and execute high-impact product initiatives while balancing multiple responsibilities.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally, leading teams to deliver products that delight customers and drive business results.
  • Ability to focus on the things that make the most significant impact

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
