TransUnion – a place to grow:
Impact You'll Make:
We’re looking for a GCP Certified Engineer with hands-on GCP support experience to work as an L2 Support Engineer — this is strictly a support role (not build/infrastructure).
Must-have experience:
GCP Certified with strong support exposure
Hands-on support for GCP services such as BigQuery, GKE, Pub/Sub, Cloud Logging/Monitoring
Proven experience in L2 production support & incident management
Strong troubleshooting skills in live, high-volume environments
Candidates with pure infra/build backgrounds (without support experience) may not be a fit.
If you’ve worked on stabilizing and supporting GCP platforms at scale, we’d love to connect.
We know that it’s unrealistic to expect candidates to have each and every aspect of the essential and/or desirable skills listed above – if there’s something you can’t tick off right now – good, you can learn here!
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.TransUnion Job Title
