About the role:
Being a part of SO+PM Execution team you will be responsible for conducting activities
related to Panel Management Execution as well as Statistical Operations job.
What will you be handling/working on:
Panel Management Execution
• Accountable for keeping data in NIQ’s store repository complete, accurate and up to
date
• Reviews data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and
check outputs.
• Research and obtain further information for incomplete data.
• Conducts desk research and update store repository with Modern Trade address lists
from various sources including internet.
• Responds to queries for any store related information.
• Accountable for maintaining NIQ Panel & setting up requirements for store
recruitment planning.
• Work on making the NIQ panel efficient.
• Engage and agree with stakeholders on prioritization of issues, root cause analysis
and proposed solution.
• Executes action plans, monitors execution & makes recommendations to all the
stakeholders.
• Interpret panel health KPIs & data, analyzing results and reports using statistical
techniques and providing ongoing reports.
• Prepare panel management related reports for internal and external stakeholders in
excel or using panel analytics tools.
• Maintain work documents and SOPs.
• Support maintaining work documents and SOPs.
• Support stakeholders/process owners to track and assess the results of implemented
solutions to ensure that desired outcomes have been met.
• Support manager and/or leading monthly engagement meetings with stakeholders.
• Support manager in conducting training sessions for stakeholders.
Statistical Operations
• Accountable for managing e2e NIQ’s Statistical Operations processes with a goal of
delivering high quality and on-time data to clients according to SLAs. This would also
include extensive data analysis using statistical/mathematical techniques.
• Address client queries related to Statistical Operations
• Ensure representation of the local market conditions in the delivery processes
• Accountable for critical to quality decisions in Statistical Operations processes
• Partners with Operations Enablement team/Process Engineering to drive the
establishment, implementation and maintenance of the standards and governance of
Statistical Operations Processes.
• Maintain two-way communication process with other Pillar Leads, Country Output
leads, and other Operations functions – ensuring end-to-end alignment.
• Participation in regional/global company initiatives as required, from Enablement,
BPI, Data Science, or other functions within NIQ.

recommendations to stakeholders.

• Should be able to effectively collaborate across functions, geographies and cultures,
with effective communication (verbal and written)
• Should have good presentation skills and should have ability to develop contextually
rich and visually compelling presentations to communicate solutions.
• Should have strong interpersonal skills, be technically savvy, creative, curious, always
willing to learn new things, adaptable and self-driven.
• Should demonstrate evidence of planning and organization skills and should have
the ability to work quickly and accurately in pressured environment.
• Should have flexible approach to working hours and should be ready to work in
different time-zones
Qualifications
• Master’s in mathematics or Statistics.
• Must have working knowledge of SQL.
• Good to have programming knowledge like Python.
• Experience of 3-5 years.
