Job Purpose: 

The One Platform Senior Operations analyst Data Coding plays a key execution role in the rollout, setup, and validation of the item coding, so it can be used in the client output in our One Platform ecosystem, with a strong focus on OGRDS and its integration with upstream and downstream platforms for the set up and BAU maintenance (e.g., Sirval, eClipse, NRSP, Delivery Management, On Demand, and T&D DWH and MDM).  

This role is designed for an execution analyst who ensures that item coding and x-coding (matching) is reflected in OGRDS and can be utilize in One Platform, according to the country rollout schedule. Validates the results vs. Legacy and signs off to  confirm results can be used in client output. And manages any additional BAU maintenance activities required in OGRDS for delivery to clients in Discover according to delivery commitments. And in a later phase will support the migration of users and Ops user activities to directly manage the item coding and x-coding activities directly in OGRDS (called OGRDS as System of Entry) 

Job Responsibilities  

Platform Setup & Rollout Execution 

  • Support initial setup and configuration and loading activities in OGRDS as part of One Platform, to support the onboarding of clients across countries.  

  • Executes the checks on data correctness.  

  • Supports the RCA in case of issues identified during the checks 

  • Executes corrections needed in OGRDS when needed as an outcome of the RCA on identified issues 

BAU Operations & Monitoring 

  • Perform day‑to‑day operational monitoring of OGRDS processes as part of One Platform in BAU. 

  • Identify, analyze, and support resolution of operational issues across platform flows. 

  • Participate actively in regular platform governance and working sessions. 

 

Role Requirements  

Required Skills & Experience 

  • Technical & Domain Knowledge 

  • Working knowledge of OGRDS (configuration, monitoring, BAU flows). 

  • Basic understanding of T&D MDM and data flows. 

  • Experience working with enterprise data platforms or operational systems. 

  • Analytical skills 

Experience 

  • 2–4 years’ experience in operations, execution roles within data‑driven or platform‑based environments. 

  • Hands‑on experience supporting system rollout, BAU operations, or platform stabilization. 

  • Exposure to multi‑country or global operating models is preferred. 

Ways of Working 

  • Strong execution mindset with attention to detail and operational discipline. 

  • Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional and cross‑regional teams. 

  • Comfortable operating in environments with delivery deadlines and the pressure of a high profile project. 

  • Clear verbal and written communication skills in English.
