Primary Responsibilities:
- Solves unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business
- Translates highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences
- Works well in cross-functional and/or cross-segment teams
- Develop business solutions by creating new and modifying existing software applications
- Primary contributor in designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting and supporting all types of applications consistent with established specifications and business requirements to deliver business value
- Be able to fine tune application code to improve performance
- Support the team for application availability, reliability, and stability on a 7 by 24 by 365 basis
- Conduct or facilitate root cause analysis on all in-scope incidents and recommend a corrective action plan
- Work with team to achieve timely resolution of all production issues meeting or exceeding Service Level Agreements
- Conduct code review to ensure the work delivered by the team is of high quality standards
- Work with business to prioritize production issue resolution
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Graduate degree and/or equivalent experience
- 2+ experience in SAS
- 1+ years of experience in Python/Spark and Snowflake.
- 1+ years of Healthcare experience
- Demonstrated mastery in report design, data analysis, and data sources
- Proven solid SAS Programming skills with proficiency in SAS/Base, SAS/Macros and proc SQL
- Proven SQL skills to optimize code with huge datasets.
- Proven excellent communication skills including listening, writing, reading and speaking skills
- Proven detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills
- Proven teambuilding and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in an environment of change and fluctuating priorities
- Demonstrated ability to analyze moderately complex data and make decisions and clearly articulate reasons for making a decision
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage positive working relationships with team members and managers
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge in Azure Data factory, Azure Data bricks, Azure Cloud
- Knowledge in any of the front end technology
