As a Senior Digital Product Manager, you will support the development and delivery of AI-enabled products that improve healthcare outcomes and customer experiences. This individual contributor role blends product thinking with technical fluency in data science, enabling you to translate product requirements into actionable insights, support experimentation, and ensure data-driven decision-making throughout the product lifecycle.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support the product lifecycle for AI-enabled solutions, from discovery to post-launch optimization
- Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to prototype and deliver AI-powered features
- Assist in defining success metrics, instrumentation, and telemetry for AI products
- Conduct data analysis and experimentation (e.g., A/B tests, pilots) to inform product decisions
- Translate customer feedback and market signals into product insights and feature recommendations
- Maintain documentation, dashboards, and reporting to support product performance tracking
- Ensure compliance with internal governance and responsible AI practices
- Contribute to product culture through clear communication, curiosity, and a focus on outcomes
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Graduate degree or equivalent experience
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering)
- 5+ years of total professional experience
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in data science or machine learning
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker, Tableau)
- Familiarity with AI product development and experimentation methods
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and prototyping
- Proven solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills
