Leads organizational effectiveness and performance improvement at the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Plant. Oversees corrective action programs, emergency preparedness, site security, leadership development, assessments, and the Operations Performance Improvement program. Ensures plant operations comply with operating licenses, Nuclear Regulatory Commission requirements, federal and Ohio regulations, industry standards, and company expectations. Drives personnel and plant performance improvements supporting safe, reliable, and cost-effective nuclear operations.

Leads development of utility-scale power generation, solar, and energy storage projects through construction transition. Responsibilities include land acquisition, permitting, stakeholder and government relations, interconnection, customer and utility coordination, project transactions, budget and schedule management, and collaboration with engineering, legal, procurement, construction, and operations teams.

Manage and oversee SEC and external financial reporting, lead and coach a technical accounting team, ensure accurate SEC filings and compliance, support technical accounting issues, finance transformation, and cross-functional reporting for quarterly, annual, and transaction-related disclosures.

Leads mechanical maintenance teams and contractors in a power-generation facility. Ensures safe, compliant, high-quality work execution; supervises daily maintenance and outage activities; plans resources, removes barriers, and manages work orders. Drives accountability, field engagement, cross-functional collaboration, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement. Requires strong knowledge of rotating equipment, pumps, valves, and mechanical systems, along with experience in heavy industrial or power-generation maintenance.

Lead and coordinate mechanical engineering tasks for the Power Uprate Project, analyze and resolve complex technical issues, prepare reports and recommendations, support cross-organizational collaboration, apply systematic problem-solving, and ensure compliance with safety policies throughout project execution.

Support the Steam Generator Replacement project by performing assigned mechanical engineering tasks, assembling information for studies, assisting and occasionally leading projects, preparing routine reports, participating in problem-solving and special assignments, and adhering to safety policies while maintaining effective team communication.
