The role also leads projects and develops engineering staff.

Leads power fundamentals analytics by building and deploying production cost and market models across ERCOT, PJM, and other markets. Partners with software vendors, IT, and Regulatory Policy to operationalize modeling tools, evaluate market design changes, benchmark prior analyses, and conduct post-peak market studies. Develops long-term life cycle management strategies for Vistra’s nuclear fleet, including component replacement, refurbishment, outage planning, asset management, risk mitigation, and emerging technology integration. Coordinates with cross-functional and supply chain teams, evaluates nuclear plant technologies, forecasts budgetary needs, and provides fleetwide technical support while ensuring operational sustainability, safety, regulatory alignment, and cost-effectiveness.

Provides PMO support for development and construction projects by managing milestones, schedules, risks, issues, changes, contracts, documentation, governance, reporting, and project records. Coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, vendors, and contractors; supports critical-path analysis, recovery planning, executive updates, stage-gate activities, and continuous process improvement. Maintains accurate, audit-ready project information and promotes consistent project management standards.

Integrates modernization with the EPU program, improves reliability and operating margin, standardizes platforms, develops technical talent, and manages matrixed engineering, construction, OEM, and field teams.

Leads sourcing events and procurement activities for fossil operations, including spend and market analysis, supplier evaluation, negotiations, contract drafting and management, purchase orders, invoice exception resolution, and supplier performance reviews. Partners with stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies, achieve measurable savings, maintain procurement data, manage contract renewals, and support supplier diversity initiatives.

Drives personnel and plant performance improvements supporting safe, reliable, and cost-effective nuclear operations.

Leads development of utility-scale power generation, solar, and energy storage projects through construction transition. Responsibilities include land acquisition, permitting, stakeholder and government relations, interconnection, customer and utility coordination, project transactions, budget and schedule management, and collaboration with engineering, legal, procurement, construction, and operations teams.
