DailyPay is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our growing Data Team! The Senior Data Analyst will utilize various types of data to draw insights and build strategic recommendations to drive business value for the company, while working collaboratively to empower internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Product and Customer Success. This position will also enable client success through supporting the development of customer-facing data products and analytics.

The mission of the Data Team is critical for continuous development and success of our product, understanding the needs of our customers and partners, and maintaining DailyPay’s leading role in the early wage access industry -- and the Senior Data Analyst will be instrumental in helping to realize this vision for DailyPay.

• Lead advanced analytics initiatives and take ownership of complex analytics projects, proactively identifying opportunities to deliver actionable insights that drive strategic business outcomes.

• Partner strategically with key stakeholders to understand their critical business challenges and identify opportunities for data-driven solutions.

• Present data-driven recommendations and strategic insights to stakeholders, influencing decision-making at different levels of the organization.

• Mentor and guide junior analysts on the team, fostering their technical and analytical development

• 5+ years of practical experience writing and optimizing SQL queries for data extraction and analysis; expert-level SQL skills.

• 5+ years of experience in a data analyst role, applying analytical techniques to solve business problems.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive-level audiences.

• A strong intellectual curiosity and a demonstrated ability to independently explore data, formulate hypotheses, and derive actionable insights.

• Deep understanding of , machine learning, and data mining techniques.

• Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand business objectives and translate them into meaningful analytics questions and solutions.

• Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R for data analysis and automation is highly valued.

• Familiarity with data visualization principles and tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
