Within 30 Days You’ll:
- Progress through our Ramp Camp (ChowNow’s new hire onboarding experience).
- Familiarize yourself with ChowNow products, organizational structure, and key objectives .
- Familiarize yourself with the current data team tech stack, tools, and processes
- Begin relationship building with key stakeholders
- Be fully ramped to support ad-hoc analytical requests and maintaining recurring reports and dashboards
Within 60 Days You’ll:
- Streamline and take ownership of existing key reporting and analysis
- Partner with stakeholders to develop frameworks to evaluate active business initiatives
- Conduct impact analysis on concluded, pilot testing
- Support business teams with design and implementation of measurement frameworks, A/B tests, and KPI tracking strategies
Within 90 Days You’ll:
- Act as a strategic partner in business discussions
- Have gained deep insight into our client behaviors, diner behaviors, the definition of both success and failure at the client level, and general trends in our ecosystem
- Deliver proactive, predictive insights from conducted analysis
- Share learnings and propose a roadmap for a longer-term analytical improvements
You Should Apply If You:
- Have a minimum 4-7 years of relevant experience in a Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Accounting or Finance role.
- Posses Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Are highly proficient in SQL and data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Mode, Power BI etc)
- Have strong ethics and high integrity while maintaining a sense of confidentiality.
- Are familiar with business operations, KPI's, and data storytelling and possess superb problem-solving aptitude while maintaining attention to detail
- Have experience working cross functionally, especially with Customer Experience, Finance, Sales, and Marketing.
- Are able to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast paced environment.
- Are a self-starter, with a bias, towards action ownership, and delivering value
