Job Description

AgriSompo North America is seeking a Senior Data Analyst in our Lenexa, KS, Colorado Springs, CO, or Lubbock, TX office.

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will support our operational and business intelligence systems through analysis and design of databases for effective and efficient performance.

Responsibilities

• Gather and interpret complex data requirements from various sources

• Plan and conduct data/system tests, monitor results, and implement corrective measures

• Design, develop, and maintain data warehouse and transactional databases

• Develop programs and scripts through design, coding, testing, and implementation

• Write scripts and commands for data extraction and manipulation/ETL processes ensuring efficiency and accuracy in data processing

• Conduct data profiling to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies, and develop strategies to address data quality issues

• Manage metadata and data models to ensure data integrity, consistency, and alignment with business requirements and standards

• Estimate the time and resources required for data-related projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time

Technical Qualifications

• SQL, C#, ETL

• Data Modeling Tools

• Logical and physical Data Modeling

• Business Intelligence

• Python, PowerBI, and Tableau are preferred

• Azure Data Factory and Azure Data Lake preferred

Additional Qualifications

• Source-Target mapping specifications

• Data Profiling and Analysis

• Performance tune complex data structures

• Data Flow Diagrams

• Data governance, classification, and taxonomy and metadata management

• Bachelor’s Degree in CS, CIS, MIS, Engineering, or related degree

Physical Demands & Requirements

Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. 

Ability to stand or sit constantly/continuously.

Hearing. Perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction. Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, and to make the discriminations in sound.

The employee is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; and extensive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or operation of machines (including inspection); using measurement devices; and/or assembly or fabrication parts at distances close to the eyes.

Salary Range: $65,000 – $125,000 Actual compensation for this role will depend on several factors including the cost of living associated with your work location, your qualifications, skills, competencies, and relevant experience.
