Our Customer Experience Operations (CXO) teams go above and beyond by simplifying lives and enhancing community access to our products and services. Job Duties and Responsibilities
Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview, which may include a live whiteboarding or technical assessment session.
This position is within the Performance Optimization (PO) team in the Customer Experience Operations (CXO) organization. PO is a shared resource group of data engineers, data analysts, software engineers, and program managers. We develop and maintain web applications, process automations, ETL, and reporting solutions for CXO teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prioritize, and lead high-impact AI/ML and GenAI use cases that drive measurable improvements in customer experience and business outcomes
- Provide technical leadership across the full AI lifecycle, including modeling approaches, data architecture, MLOps, deployment, and ongoing monitoring to ensure scalable, reliable, and compliant solutions
- Apply advanced NLP and GenAI techniques to analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data (e.g., deployed code, requirements, CX signals) to automate insights and improve CXO process efficiency
- Design, prototype, and implement customer-facing GenAI solutions such as RAG-based knowledge systems, automated resolution summaries, and intelligent CX tooling
- Establish and champion AI best practices, data governance, and ethical AI principles (fairness, transparency, regulatory compliance), while serving as the AI/ML subject matter expert across data, analytics, and engineering teams
- Partner with business and product leaders to translate complex technical insights into clear, actionable recommendations, influence roadmaps and investment decisions, and drive AI enablement through training, documentation, and hands-on guidance
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Master's or PhD in quantitative field (Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience
- 4+ years of professional experience in an advanced analytics role with a focus on Customer Experience or Operational Analytics within a large enterprise or equivalent practical experience
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven track record of leading and delivering end-to-end advanced analytics projects from conception to production and resulted in significant and measurable value
- High technical proficiency in Python, NLP, GenAI prototyping (e.g., prompt engineering, RAG architecture, vector databases), big data (e.g., Spark/PySpark, cloud-based data processing, Hadoop)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to distill complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated thought leadership in identifying and solving ambiguous, high-value problems
- Proven ability to influence and build consensus across diverse, cross-functional teams without direct authority

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year
