Oversee risk-based audit planning and execution, SOX and regulatory alignment, stakeholder and Audit Committee reporting, audit remediation tracking, methodology improvements, data analytics initiatives, and talent development across a multi-entity, matrixed environment.

Support delivery of transformation initiatives across underwriting, claims, pricing and operations by analysing end-to-end processes, using data and AI tools to identify improvements, facilitating stakeholder workshops, defining metrics and supporting implementation, UAT and business readiness to drive measurable business outcomes.
