The Senior Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing complex data, building reports, and communicating strategic insights based off their analyses. This role works in partnership with cross-functional teams to effectively analyze data and translate it into actionable and self-service reports to be utilized by the organization
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides support to cross-functional teams, with a high attention to detail
- Researches, analyzes, and documents findings
- May coach and review the work of other team members
- Builds, documents, analyzes, and communicates product metrics, Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), and
reports to various leaders throughout the organization - Designs and builds various reports and reporting dashboards
- Ensures data is organized, captured, and designed to support business needs
- Ensures reports are fulfilling user requirements, efficiently designed, and easy to support and maintain
- Defines recommended changes to existing reporting environments in alignment with current business
needs and direction - Translates complex data into digestible reports for technical and non-technical audiences
- Analyzes reporting and analysis requirements, documents existing processes, and recommends solutions

- Ability to manage projects and processes independently with limited supervision

- Strong knowledge of (Must Have) SQL, Snowflake, DBT and preferred Power BI.
- Strong ability to clearly communicate complex data and technical concepts to technical and non-technical
audiences - Strong knowledge of relational databases and data processing concepts
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple, complex projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Excel and Access
Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent business experience
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Preferred: Experience with Python
Working Conditions:
- Onsite/Hybrid/Remote depending on location
- 0-10% travel may be required
