YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You support the business by designing and maintaining logical data architecture, including star schemas, cubes, and dimension tables
• You manage the technical execution of Redshift migration, optimizing table structures and query performance for efficient analytics
• You liaise with cross-functional teams to build reusable data models and ensure consistent KPI definitions
• You maintain data quality and integrity across key business datasets, establishing testing, documentation, and governance standards
• You receive and automate manual data processes by building pipelines and leveraging AI-powered coding assistants
• You assist with deep-dive analyses, translating business questions into analytical frameworks and synthesizing data into actionable recommendations for senior management

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience You have 2-5 years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a related role with demonstrated progression in scope and complexity
• Education You have a bachelor’s degree in Math, Business, Data Analytics/Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, and are authorized to work in Portugal
• Technical Proficiency You possess SQL skills, experience with cloud data platforms (Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake), and familiarity with BI/visualization tools (QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI)
• Soft Skills You demonstrate strong communication skills, business literacy, and the ability to present complex data architecture decisions in English
• Commitment to Excellence You are automation-minded, AI-fluent, and able to manage your own priorities with a self-directed approach
• Additional Skills You are familiar with data modeling concepts, prompt engineering
