The role leads distributed, high-volume commercial decisioning platforms; defines service boundaries, data flows, quality standards, observability, testing, and safe operation of agentic components. It requires hands-on backend engineering, technical leadership across teams, production incident expertise, written design communication, and experience building or operating LLM-based systems in pricing, revenue management, or related commercial domains.

Manages vehicle title and registration processes for a fleet, including MSO paperwork, renewals, license plate inventory, vendor coordination, invoice validation, and data accuracy checks. Ensures compliance with applicable regulations and DMV requirements while supporting branches and internal teams.
