Our GTM Planning & Insights team is looking for a Senior Data Scientist to help us turn data into clear, actionable insights that drive real business impact. This role supports our global go-to-market revenue operations by identifying growth opportunities and solving complex problems that improve sales and field performance. You’ll work closely with teams across multiple regions and functions, enabling them to make smarter, data-driven decisions that directly influence revenue and operational success.

How You’ll Find Success

  • Show meticulous attention to detail while juggling multiple priorities.
  • Proactively identify challenges, absorb context quickly, and work independently to find solutions.
  • Collaborate well across teams, encouraging open communication and shared success.
  • Navigate ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, meeting deadlines without sacrificing quality.

How You’ll Grow

  • Enhance your skills in data analysis, problem solving, and cross-functional communication.
  • Build deep expertise in sales and go-to-market operations, gaining exposure to sales, customer success, compensation, FP&A, and marketing teams worldwide.

Things You’ll Do

  • Fully own an area of go-to-market operations analytics: lead projects end-to-end, serve as the subject matter expert, and partner closely with stakeholders to apply insights that drive business results.
  • Manage problem-solving initiatives from discovery and exploration through to solution implementation.
  • Perform detailed statistical analysis and data exploration that uncover actionable insights for business stakeholders.
  • Build clear, compelling data visualizations and reports that communicate findings effectively.
  • Respond to data requests and analysis needs from field teams, prioritizing and managing workload with transparency.
  • Use SQL, Python, Tableau, Excel, and other tools to transform complex datasets into practical dashboards, queries, and views that empower decision making.
  • Develop automations to streamline data and business processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

What We’re Looking For On Your Resume

  • 3-5 years of experience owning analytics projects from conception through delivery, translating business problems into data-driven solutions.
  • Proven skills working with large datasets and applying complex analytical methods.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python programming.
  • Experience using data visualization tools, ideally Tableau.
  • Cross-functional exposure to marketing, performance management, FP&A, or sales ops is a plus.
  • Knowledge of sales funnel, pipeline management, forecast modeling, CRM systems, or sales planning is a strong plus.
  • Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments, managing competing priorities and communicating clearly with global teams.
  • Degree from a top-tier university in a quantitative or systems-focused discipline (e.g., Information Systems, Computer Science, STEM, Business Analytics, Finance, Data Science).

What You Should Know About This Team

  • We are passionate about building lasting impact through data-driven insights that affect global go-to-market strategy and execution.
  • We work cross-functionally, valuing collaboration and transparency as keys to our success.
  • Growth is central: you’ll deepen expertise in sales operations and analytics while taking ownership in a high-impact role.
  • Our team embraces challenges in a fast-changing environment, offering plenty of opportunity to innovate and lead projects.
  • You’ll be part of a growing function with the chance to shape our analytics culture and practices.
